A little hard to find the check in. Once checked in, it becomes great. The location is fantastic. The hotel staff is very friendly. We speak no Italian & several didn't understand English. had no problem communicating. This is actually considered a B&B. Breakfast was very good with a very wide variety. Rooms were recently remodeled, Very clean looking & actually clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was fantastic, bathroom spacious & nice. Room was quiet even with the window open(it faced an alley). It is NOT your typical American hotel. It is the nicest one we have stayed at in Rome. We will stay there again next year. We felt very safe there, even returning later at night.

Very central (everything seems a twenty min walk away) modern accommodation with good security. You need fob to access the gate at street level and then your room card to get into the actual accommodation itself. Everything was spotless and worked efficiently. They also provided some excellent recommendations for eating. Breakfast offered a very wide choice. If we had to find a fault, it was, there is not enough hanging space and it is too tall for some to reach !

Totul a fost excelent. Atmosfera, locație, gazde. Am să revin în această locație. Foarte aproape de multe puncte de interes. Se fac 5 minute până la Fontana di Trevi și 5 minute până la Scările Spaniole. Foarte curat și intim, se face zilnic curățenie. Gazdele și personalul Foarte amabili. Everything was excellent. The atmosphere, the location, the hosts. I will return to this location. Very close to many points of interest. It takes 5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain and 5 minutes to the Spanish Steps. Very clean and intimate, cleaned daily. Hosts and staff very kind.

I chose this hotel solely on its size and reviews. This was my first trip to Rome so I was clueless. When I return to Rome I will stay here again . The location was so convenient . Safe and easy walking close to restaurants , metro and attractions . Very safe . The owners are on sight. They have 8 rooms but are adding 8 more . The breakfast buffet was amazing . The rooms were large , comfortable , and clean .

This place is a gem I will be back. Impeccable from top to bottom. I am Italian / American and my ancestors are from the Eternal City. Mi dispiace for my EX finace for being a typical jerk with no gratitude or appreciation for such a fine establishment. Needless to say he will not be part of my journey next year and I will stay here each time Im coming home. Tante grazie for your professionalism, attention to detail , such a beautifully appointed space and your graciousness.
